About the enterprise

The foundation of OJSC «NPP «Burservise» in 2005 coincided with the period when the technology of drilling wells with PDC-drill bits became very popular in oilfields of Western Siberia. Still the main production of our company are drill bits and boring heads with PDC chisels.

A big potential of engineering development department is a constant work in the field of RDEDW (research-development and experimental designing work), as well as constant development of the enterprise production base, that allows Burservise to be up to date and offer clients modern technologies in the field of rock destruction tools.

More than 80% of drill bits produced by the enterprise are treated in the mode of drilling-bit technology. Geography of application of our instrument has already covered practically all regions of Russia and CIS countries. For the last two years careful attention has been paid to analytical work. The enterprise constantly works with the results of using the production of our enterprise.

Wide database and operational activities at the oilfields help us to update the instrument and adapt it to the concrete technological conditions of work.

In 2010-2011 we started to produce PDC drill bits combining the latest technological developments which allow optimizing drilling techniques of oil and gas wells. First of all we speak about drilling bits with the diameter 215,9 and 220,7 mm that work in drilling intervals for production string. This also applies to drill bits serving for drilling with circulation rate increased up to 40 l/s, and for work with pumping rate not more than 30 l/s. The second important step in the work of the specialists of our enterprise is sets of instruments for cutting-out casing window. Research and development work in that direction is performed together with field tests and instrument approbation. We have enlarged the number of sets and introduced new developments aimed to increase competitive advantages of our production.

Basing on broad experience in recovery of drill bits, Burservise is the first company in our country, which proposed restoration of PDC drill bits produced by other companies. Today our company carries out recovery of matrix and steel PDC drill bits of both Russian and foreign manufacturers. OJSC «NPP «Burservise» integrated management system is certified in accordance with ISO 9001/ ISO 14001/ OHSAS 18001.
